Delivery options
- We dispatch orders within 2–4 working days
- Once the parcel has been handed over to the carrier, we will send you an email
- The carrier you have chosen will keep you informed of the parcel’s progress via the email address or telephone number provided in your order
DHL – Home Delivery
- Delivery time: 1–2 days
- Thousands of collection points across Poland
- Delivery costs 28 zł; delivery is free for orders over 350 zł
- Your parcel will be held for you for 48 hours

Payment options
You select your payment method when placing your order. You can choose to pay by card online or on delivery.
Card payment
Quick and secure; the amount will be transferred to us immediately. Your card details are not entered on our site, but via a secure payment gateway that processes the transaction. We only receive confirmation of a successful transaction. If card payment does not work, this is usually due to your card settings (it does not allow online payments or you have exceeded your limit) – please check the settings in your online banking or contact your bank.
Once the payment has been successfully completed, an order confirmation will be displayed, which we will also send to your email address.
Cash on delivery
Cash on delivery (upon collection of your order) is only available for deliveries via InPost 24/7 Parcel Locker®.
